New project in Africa

In Burkina Faso, despite of the efforts making by the various associations, people are still cut excessive trees and it is become more and more serious problem. 

It was also noted that reforestation projects implemented at schools meet problems because of the holidays. Apart from lack of awareness it was noticed lack of training in the field of sustainable development and agricultural techniques as well as lack of the participation of the young people in their local communities.

That is the reason why local project group in Burkina Faso decided to implement project « One heart, one tree, one city, one forest « . From March till November 2011 there will several conferences on sustainable development, permaculture, composting techniques, agronomy etc. It will allow young people not only to be an active eco citizen but also become a trainer in their local communities educating young people in thiet neighborhood.
