Together & Asia
Year 2011 was claimed as the EU-China Youth Year. This event is making people in Europe more aware about this part of the world and allows discovering new opportunities and chances bringing for citizens of both continents.
Together Network is working on the cooperation with Asia on many fields and effects of this work are more and more visible.

Together Czech Republic participated on the Open Door Day at Chinese Embassy in Prague on 6th May 2011. The aim of this event was meeting of young people from the Czech Republic and his Excellence, Mr. Ambassador and other young diplomats from China.

In 21 - 28 of February in the capital of China, Pekin, took place the opening Ceremony of the EU - China Youth Year.
Together as a part of Czech-Korea Youth Exchange Programme

Member of Together Czech Republic Eva Peterkova has participated in Czech-Korea Youth Exchange Programme in the years 2010-2011. This Youth Exchange was the third one between the Czech Republic and South Korea, unfortunately also the last one.
This exchange programme is targeted at youth workers and people from different NGOs. At Czech side, the main organiser is the Czech Council of Children and Youth, where Together is an active member. In September 2010, ten Korean delegates visited the Czech Republic. In September 2011, ten Czech delegates went for 10 days to South Korea. The goal of this programme was to improve the cooperation of youth organisations between these two countries as well as to discover different culture.
